Kiana Sadri
President
Kiana is a senior studying biomedical engineering with a biochemical concentration. She is the president of neuroprosthetics and has been a part of the organization since her sophomore year.

Software Lead
Maxton is a senior computer engineering student. He is an otpiMize fellow for Michigan Neuroprosthetics and worked to secure funding and overhaul the control systems for the arm. He is the former software lead and previously developed the core algorithm for the two-motor arm. He currently works to expand Michigan Neuroprosthetics and move the group into distributed manufacturing and will assume the role of president in March 2021. He has also been declared the “cool guy” of the team’s 2018-2021 recipient, Michael.
Daniel Yan
Electrical Lead
Daniel is a junior studying Mechanical Engineering and plans to minor in Electrical Engineering. Involved in prosthetics design since high school, he joined the electrical sub team of Michigan Neuroprosthetics in freshman year and then moved on to be the electrical team lead. Daniel is responsible for overlooking hardware as well as communicating with the mechanical and material subteams to meet testbench needs for designing the final prostheses.
Stef Reamer
Manufacturing Lead
Stef is a fourth year studying anthropology and Spanish. She has been working with 3D printers for a number of years. In the past, she had heard others using them to print prostheses, but never encountered anyone doing so. When she encountered the team her freshman year, she was immediately drawn in. She have been lucky to learn from great people to expand her knowledge on the topic. Now, she works to share her knowledge with her team to create quality prints.
Danni Garrido
Interfaces Lead
Dani is a senior studying Biomedical Engineering, with a focus in Biomechanics. She has been involved in MNP since her sophomore year, and is currently the interfaces lead. The interfaces team is working to improve user experience through ease-of-use, functionality, cost, and sustainability. A current focus is on creating a reusable and comfortable electrode connection to the arm, among other projects including touch interface and grip. Dani is passionate about creating simple, effective human-prosthetic and prosthetic-world interactions, with her biggest goal being to bring smiles to our clients’ faces.
Olga Tsuker
Outreach Lead
Olga Tsuker is a sophmore studying Neuroscience. Involved in prosthetic device development for a number of years, she joined Michigan Neuroprosthetics her first year at the University of Michigan. In her current position, she overlooks the work for the business, medical outreach, community relations, and social involvement teams within Outreach. Outside of Michigan Neuroprosthetics, she designs gynecological exam tables for villages in Nicaragua, as well as microfluidic circulating tumor chips.
Yvonne Lin
Mechanical Coordinator
Yvonne is a junior studying Biomedical Engineering with minors in Computer Science and the International Minor for Engineers. She has always been passionate about working with prosthetics and has been a part of the organization since her sophomore year. In the future, she hopes to work on medical devices.
Allison Wilcox
Mechanical Technical Lead
Allison is a senior studying Biomedical Engineering with a German minor. She got involved with MNP as a freshman because she is passionate about prosthetic design and enjoys 3D printing. Allison’s favorite memory with the team was recieving an excited high-five from a client when delivering an arm. She is excited to share her knowledge of computer-aided design with the mechanical team and work to continually improve the prosthesis.
